Is this certification internationally recognized?
Yes. Our curriculum is aligned with the Toyota Production System (TPS) and IASSC Body of Knowledge and based on globally accepted Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Do participants need prior experience in Lean or Six Sigma?
No prior experience is required for Yellow & Blue Belt. However, Green Belt recommends basic process knowledge, and Black Belt is ideal for those with prior exposure to improvement projects.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
Yes. Participants receive a Skills Learner International Lean Six Sigma Certificate upon passing the exam and completing the required project activities for their belt level.
How is the training evaluated?
Each belt level (Yellow & Blue, Green, and Black) includes structured evaluation components such as quizzes, assignments, case studies, and a final exam. Participants also complete practical projects to demonstrate real-world application.
What learning materials will be provided?
You will receive slides, templates, case studies, DMAIC tools, improvement worksheets, and digital learning materials aligned with global Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
What is the exam format?
The exam includes multiple-choice questions, scenario-based items, and practical assessments.
Green and Black Belts require a case study or project submission as part of the evaluation.
