We realize that occasionally work or individual commitments hinder your studies, which is why we have developed a simple refund and cancellation policy.
Refund Policy for the Exam Simulator
To cancel your purchase, please send an email to support@skills-learner.com, and we will assist you.
- A full (100%) refund will be issued for cancellations within 3 days of the purchase
- A full (100%) refund will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of activation
- A full (100%) refund will be issued if Skills Learner cancel the subscription due to a technical error
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of activation
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations if found any fraud activity.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations if the simulator purchase with the bundle with training
- All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request as per policy.
Refund Policy for the Training
- A full (100%) refund will be issued if Skills Learner cancels the Training event
- A 75% refund will be issued if a Participant notify cancelation 15 days or more prior to training start
- A 50% refund will be issued if a Participant notify cancelation 7 days to 14 days prior to training start
- A 25% refund will be issued if a Participant notify cancelation 3 days to 6 days prior to training start
- No refund will be issued Participant notify cancelation less than 2 days prior to training start
